RainGo 支持

RainGo 是用于兼容网页视频的双语字幕、语音识别字幕及设置同步工具。目前处于私密测试阶段。

反馈时可以提供

• Chrome 和 RainGo 版本。
• 出现问题的页面网址、操作步骤及错误信息。
• 已隐藏个人信息和凭证的截图。

请不要在反馈中发送密码、API Key、登录凭证或私密音视频。

配置服务

实时字幕需要先在扩展设置中配置自己的语音识别服务和 API Key。AI 翻译同样使用你配置的服务商和模型，第三方费用及额度由相应服务商决定。

账号与同步

登录后默认开启账号设置同步，可在设置 → 云同步中关闭自动同步。同步设置包括 API Key。退出或卸载不会自动删除服务端账号；账号及数据请求请发邮件联系。

For bugs, compatibility, account or privacy requests, email wawayu94@gmail.com. Include your Chrome/RainGo version and reproduction steps. Do not send passwords, API keys, session credentials or private recordings. RainGo is currently a private beta. Speech recognition and AI translation require your own provider configuration; provider charges and quotas apply. Automatic account settings sync is enabled after login and can be disabled in settings. Logout or uninstall does not delete server account data.
